Low dose
They certainly contain potassium and they certainly have a positive effect on my electrolyte balance during and post training (reduced cramping and twitching). However I misread the serving size when I purchased. I'm 110kg and a salty sweater. My potassium requirements when training are around 6000mg per day. At 100mg per tablet I'm having to consume 3 with each meal on top all the spinach, bananas and dried fruit. That's a lot of tablets.

Great addition to the multivitamins

After about a week of use, I feel better, I am recovering faster. My sleep has improved, my nervous system is in better shape now. I recommend combining with Omega BalanceGoes Well With:Omega balance.

Good quality
I take potassium supplements due to being asthmatic as my inhalers lower my potassium levels,and have tried others from other supplies but these are the best and definitely work as I have blood tests to prove it

Handy
Far more convenient than the coconut water, pomegranate juice and bananas I was having to have to top up my potassium to help with workout recovery! Goes Well With:Tabs so not relavent
