When should I use Digestion?
For best results, we recommend taking one capsule a day. It’s not good on an empty stomach, so make sure you have it 30 minutes before or after food.

Something you did not know you needed!
So, you train and want to get a physique equal to that of the Greek gods! You probably eat a lot of food to fuel your hard work and aid your recovery. Your body needs all the help it gets to digest and utilise the food. I thought this supplement was pointless for years until I got to a place where I was eating a lot of food to keep on growing to compete on stage. All of a sudden I got this supplement and saw the difference. Game changer! Get it!

Great for digestion, if you struggle with regular bowel movements these are for you!! They ease bloating and keep you regular, I take one each night before bed and they do wonders

Excellent product
Tried these die to having my gallbladder removed. I was suffering with digestion problems and wind. Had these tablets for a few weeks now and the problems I had have stopped. Highly recommend. I take these tablet during an evening meal once a day Goes Well With:Water and a meal

Great for getting balance back
After losing a lot of weight through diet change it left me feeling unwell so often and suffering with stomach cramps and feeling nauseous but within a few weeks of taking these my problems were completely gone! I always make sure I have these around, I haven't had stomach pain since I started taking them.

It worked for me
I'm am very much in shock. It's day 2 of using these, and when I say I've struggled with stomach issues since a child, I don't say it lightly. My life has always been about stomach aches and pains, bloat from my first meal, tight, waistbands, just generally meaning I have felt sick everyday of my life. Even the doctors have said they can't find out the reason, other than a few food sensitivities. I just live with it. As I said, day 2, no stomach ache, no pain, no bloat, no uncomfort. I'm truly shocked. I kept checking in the full length mirror to see if my stomach was still flat 😆 This has worked for me!
