Also good for women
Wanted a cheap pair to match a top so bought these, they fit nicely despite not being made for women and I'm happy with them. Think they'll be good for running in particular. Just a note, you may not need to size down. I did and they just fit well if not slightly snug but I like that sort of fit.

wrong sizes
The shorts are quite nice but... they are huge! I got an S, which usually fits totally ok for me... and the waist area is at least an L! so annoyed. I wouldn't recommend those.
