The best pre workout shot I’ve tried, super convenient, great mix of ingredients and incredible buzz. Worth the cost. It’s always out of stock though !

Amazing!
These are simply amazing!! These shots act much quicker than a glass of powder-based caffeine or a cup of coffee. They also act much quicker than caffeine pills. The additional creatine is very useful too. They're pricy but worth the price tag (in my opinion). The only disappointment seems to be its stock availability. I've been refreshing the site for weeks now and it's still out-of-stock. Fingers crossed it comes back in time for the Black Friday sales.

Liquid cocaine
Wow this stuff works, hits you fast and you fly! Smashed a 45min HIIT session with my PT and then stayed on to do more than I've ever done in an hour of upper body weight training! You don't need as much time to recover and you will be able to do heavier weights, more reps and more sets!

Got a box of these recently and take one 20 minutes before a workout definitely fights the fatigue and can push through an hour's workout.. sweat buckets,bit not a bad thing Goes Well With:On its own are water

Tastes awful, and didn’t give me a buzz or any energy to get up and go 🤷♀️. Disappointed. Only good thing is you don’t need to mix. One shot and done! Goes Well With:Time Machine

Great shot
I have used a few pre workout powders in the past that required mixing with a reasonably large quantity of water, which meant a toilet trip during the workout (Very annoying). I find these very convenient, the taste is quite sharp but soon disappears. I do seem to be able to complete my workout without feeling too fatigued so I think they help.
