Great Shake
I am about to finish my first 5kg bag and have been making considerable gains. I ordered the vanilla flavor and the taste was satisfactory. The only drawback i see in this supplement is the sugar content in the carbs. Each serving has 22 grams of carbs out of which 15 grams is sugar. Sugar holds no nutritional value and will be stored as fat. I am 6'3 and am currently 182 pounds. Since i need to bulk i have already ordered and received my second 5kg bag my third bag from myprotein may be a product with lesser sugar content. However, another plus point of this supplement is that there are a whopping 71 serving per 5kg bag. I was considering ordering the extreme gainer blend which has a lower sugar content but has much lesser servings per container (40 servings in 5 kg bag). Therefore, overall this is a great product which gives more than a bang for your buck. Would strongly recommend to anyone who is looking for an 'all in one' post workout formula. Great work myprotein team!! Keep up the good work. IK
