Our Breakfast Smoothie is available in three of our favourite fruity flavour combinations — Blueberry and Apple, Mango and Passionfruit and Strawberry and Banana. And, if that wasn’t sweet enough, they’re made with real fruits, to pack a tasty punch.
1. Protein contributes to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.
2. Glucomannan contributes to weight loss in the context of an energy restricted diet. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3g of glucomannan in 3 doses of 1g each, taken with 1-2 glasses of water before meals and in the context of an energy restricted diet.
3. Chromium contributes to normal macronutrient metabolism.
4. Chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels

Fresh fruity taste
This is the best breakfast smoothie I have tried so far! Didn’t have the powdery taste like others and genuinely tasted like a normal fruit smoothie.Goes Well With:I recommend mixing with milk so it’s more filling

Breakfast smoothie
Amazing tasting smoothie. Strawberry and banana is a great combination and a personal favourite. Easy to make and great tasting. Great flavouring and easy instructions for making. Great and effective way for hitting my protein goals as keeping track of my calories and great as high in protein and keeps me full until lunch. Goes Well With:Water for me but also semi skimmed milk is good too.

Best smoothie.
This smoothie tastes better than a regular smoothie. I have mine with milk and it's very easy to drink. Very smooth consistency and tastes like a freshly blended fruit. I just wish it came in a large bag, so I didn't have to keep buying the sachets. Goes Well With:Full fat cows milk.
