Great for gym , just tested squats and completely safe to use them ,while this specific activity.True to size ,gave 4 stars only because waistline might be too tight when you expect your “ days” or for other ladies ,who got a bit more body in abdomen area . Will update how it goes after laundry and tumble drying.
